The "Eli Brown" ear is named for the famous Brown family of Connecticut drum makers whose history goes back to the early 1800's. The look is period for early to middle 19th century, pre-Civil War. These ears are hand tied with natural vellum lace, and are designed for rope 3/16" to a light 1/4". We offer these ears in natural color or stained brown.
