Cooperman-Bacco 20th Century Snare Drum, Shop Sample

A small number of Cooperman-Bacco 20th Century Drums were first made as a collaboration between Cooperman and Sam Bacco of Nashville TN in 2017. Both companies went on to other projects soon after, and no additional drums were made after 2019. This snare drum is a shop sample featuring the design and rod-tension hardware of the Cooperman-Bacco drums created for Oper Stuttgart, with the Cooperman Liberty model strainer instead of the Cooperman adjustable strainer.

This snare drum is made with a solid one-ply maple shell, 18" x 18" with dark red mahogany stain. It has 8 rods, the Cooperman Liberty snare strainer with natural snare gut, and select calfskin heads. The price posted is discounted from the original $2500 price.
